Where We Help: United Way’s 2-1-1 Call Statistics

In the Referral & Demographic Report you will find answers to questions like these:

How many households need help with rent & utility payments?
How many households need help providing food for their families?
How many families with children under the age of 5 need help finding emergency shelter?
How many callers to 2-1-1 are unemployed?
How many calls do 2-1-1 Referral Specialists answer each month?

In the Client Statistic Report you will find answers to questions like these:

What is the average age of callers to 2-1-1?
How many callers to 2-1-1 earn less than $417-a-month?
How many callers to 2-1-1 need help finding shelter?
How long have those callers to 2-1-1 seeking shelter been homeless?
What are the ages of children in homeless families calling 2-1-1 for help?

Description of Reports

Referral & Demographic Report - Includes the number of calls to 2-1-1, the number of referrals given to health and human services and organizations and the names of those agencies and organizations.
Client Statistic Report - Includes age, incomes, marital status, employment status, and homeless statistics of individual callers to 2-1-1 seeking assistance in the Metro Denver area.
County Report - An annual compilation of referrals provided, client statistics, and unmet needs for each county.
