Search for Services
United Way’s 2-1-1 has more than 12,000 services to refer callers to, making it the most comprehensive way to find or give help. You can search the same database that 2-1-1 call specialists use to find services.
Helpful Hints
The database is designed to search for your keyword in all services that use the word. For instance, a keyword search for food can bring up food pantries, programs that provide meals and organizations looking for donated food. The best way to narrow your search to fit your needs is to dial 2-1-1 and talk to a trained specialist.

Use our Shelter Availability Search Tool to find out which emergency shelters have vacancies today. The shelter vacancies are updated Monday - Friday by 9 a.m.

| Include your organization in United Way’s 2-1-1 Database |

Get listed in the most comprehensive database for services in the community.
If you are a health and human service organization and would like to be included in United Way’s 2-1-1 database, please review our Inclusion Policy. If your organization meets the guidelines for inclusion, please complete the Organization Survey and Authorization Form and return the forms to United Way’s 2-1-1 Call Center. You will be provided directions on how to maintain your organization’s information within the 2-1-1 database.
